该职位来源于猎聘 需求人数：14人（上海） 需求部门：Wafering technology、HIIS 岗位职责： 1. 负责当站工艺的日常维持、监控及持续优化，提升工艺稳定性和能力 2. 调查并解决生产中的工艺异常，进行原因分析并提出改善措施。 3. 编写工艺SOP、FMEA、Control Plan等规范文件 4. 应对客户及内部审核，主导不符合项的整改行动。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上毕业，物理、化学机械专业优先； 2. 熟练使用Excel，PPT等软件，会使用Minitab，JMP等数据处理软件者优先。
