该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1、 负责电机选型论证→电磁/结构/热设计→与电控协同匹配→供应商技术对接→测试验证→设计自主化； 2、 负责电控硬件方案设计→驱动控制算法开发（FOC/SVPWM）→EMC/热管理协同→PCB设计调试→集成测试→设计自主化 任职资格 1、 硕士及以上学历，成绩优异； 2、 电机学/电磁场理论、Ansys Maxwell/JMAG 仿真、电机制造工艺，有航天高可靠电机经验优先； 3、电力电子/电机控制理论、Altium/Cadence + MATLAB/Simulink、C/C++ + DSP/STM32 嵌入式开发，EMC设计基础； 4、 熟悉CAD、PRo/E、Solidworks等软件； 5、 责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力。
