What they need
工作內容：
- 透過電話主動聯絡潛在客戶，推廣醫療保險及相關健康保障產品
- 了解客戶需求，提供專業的保險規劃建議與解說
- 達成個人及團隊銷售目標，創造卓越業績
- 維護客戶關係，提供售後服務與續期追蹤
- 準確記錄客戶資料與銷售進度，遵守法規及公司作業流程
我們希望您具備：
- 中五 / 高中以上學歷，有保險證照Paper1
- 1年以上電話銷售、客服或保險業務經驗
我們提供：
優於市場的固定底薪 + 高額業績獎金（無上限）,平均約40-50K
完整在職培訓，協助考取保險相關牌照
固定日班 Office Hour 星期一至五（09:00-18:00）
員工醫療保險、年度體檢、節日禮物、團隊聚餐與激勵旅遊
