What they need
工作职责 1、根据生产需求，制定封装测试加工计划 ，协同采购部门定期释放加工预测，并确保产能满足 2、参与战略生产加工规划，制定合理的供应商、测试平台和产能规划等，以应对需求、供应的不确定性 3、统筹管理生产治具，拉通工程部门监控治具情况和增备计划，满足产能需求 4、有效识别加工计划相关流程和系统改善项，并协助完成系统和流程体系的建设，提高供应链响应速度和弹性
任职要求 1、本科及以上学位，专业不限 2、5年以上生产计划管理经验，精通MPS逻辑，熟练运用ERP、IBP等计划系统或工具 3、具备较好数据分析解读能力以及协调沟通能力 4、半导体行业工作经验，对生产加工领域熟悉
