该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述： 1. 指标设计：基于业务流程梳理指标体系，和业务方对齐指标口径，协助梳理从局部业务到全局业务的指标框架 2. 数据看板：开发协同获取数据，并搭建数据看板(需具备SQL能力)，进行看板需求处理和问题排障 3. 数据应用：跟进数据应用的需求，能设计方案并执行跟进，比如业务量预测、绩效分析、预警机制 4. 业务分析：能根据需求进行数据交叉分析，探索业务管理和用户体验中的增长点，为业务优化提供支撑 职位要求： 1. 学历专业：本科及以上学历在读，专业不限(理工科专业优先) 2. 熟练使用SQL，能独立进行复杂查询，完成多表关联和数据加工 3. 掌握可视化工具(比如quickBI/帆软/tableau/EXCEL)，能够将数据进行清晰的展示 4. 良好的流程化、数据化思维，良好的沟通和协作能力 5. 对客户服务流程和体验分析有概念，乐于分享
