财务会计（Accounting）

工作地点 / Work location：Taman Pelangi（Johor Bahru Area)

工作时间/ Working hours：周一至周五，8:30 AM – 5:30 PM（5天制）

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities：

• 处理公司日常账务，包括凭证输入、费用报销、应收应付核对等 Handle the company's daily accounts, including voucher input, expense reimbursement, receivables and payables verification, etc.
• 跟进异常款项与客户/供应商对账 Follow up on abnormal payments and reconcile accounts with customers/suppliers
• 编制财务报表与内部管理报告，协助进行财务数据分析 Prepare financial statements and internal management reports, and assist in financial data analysis
• 协助合同条款审核、固定资产盘点及记录更新 Assist in contract terms review, fixed asset inventory and record update
• 回应内部财务相关的查询与支持需求 Respond to internal finance-related inquiries and support needs

任职资格 / Job Requirements：

• 能以中文、英文、沟通与书写 Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and English. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• 具备扎实会计知识，能独立处理账务及整理报表 Have solid accounting knowledge, can handle accounts and compile reports independently
• 欢迎应届生，1-2年 财务经验优先 Fresh graduates are welcome, 1-2 years of finance experience preferred
• 熟练使用 Microsoft Excel（函数、数据透视表、图表分析）Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, chart analysis)
• 有条理、细心负责，具备良好沟通与协调能力 Organized, careful and responsible, with good communication and coordination skills
