该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 作为团队核心架构师，搭建基于Openclaw、Langchain的智能体平台及应用 2. 部署和维护本地大模型，确保推理效率与稳定性 3. 面向应用场景，提升智能体全链路（Prompt工程、SFT）的逻辑推理、任务规划等能力 4. 构建MAA技术框架，将前沿的Agent能力快速应用到产品能力中 5. 开发AI Agent Skills，利用MCP协议对接公司内业务系统 6. 建立企业级别Agent用户权限管控、安全防注入机制等，确保Agent稳定持续运行 7. 建立OpenClaw和Langchain双协同的Agent机制 任职要求： 1. 3年以上AI应用开发经验，5年以上计算机工程开发经验。 2. 精通Python/GO/C/C++ 等一门或多门语言 3. 熟悉Langchain、Langraph框架，有RAG系统、数据向量化开发经验，熟悉OpenClaw的使用机制和界限 4. 熟悉CoT、ReACT等AI思维链机制，开发过Skills和MCP协议，并具备落地经验
