• Assess and analyze business and user requirements and define clear business and system objectives, leveraging AI capabilities (e.g. LLMs, machine learning, RPA, NLP).
• Design functional solutions for AI / intelligent products, including business process design, data flow, interaction flow and AI capability integration, and provide effort and delivery cost estimates.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, prompt design guidelines, test plans, and user manuals.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, dS/AI teams and development teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into AI solutions; support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Work with the Project Manager to manage requirement changes, including impact assessment, solution adjustment, and control of scope, timeline and cost for AI-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to confirm delivery schedules and follow up on AI system implementation, go live and subsequent enhancements.
• Organize and conduct AI solution demonstrations (e.g. PoC, prototypes) and requirement clarification / review sessions; collect feedback and drive iterative improvement.
• Plan and deliver training to business users on AI products and features, including usage guidelines, best practices and known limitations, to ensure effective adoption.
• Support post implementation monitoring and evaluation of AI solutions, analyze data and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of IT or digital-related working experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, product analysis or consulting, with end to end project delivery experience.
• Conceptual understanding of the relevant industry/business domain and digital/AI solution landscape (e.g. LLM-based applications, knowledge base Q&A, recommendation systems, intelligent assistant/chatbot, automation solutions).
• Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills; able to identify real business problems through interviews, workshops, process analysis and scenario-based discussions, and validate requirements with business stakeholders and end users.
• Able to clearly understand, explain and communicate business scenarios, requirements, priorities and constraints to business stakeholders, end users and technical/AI teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data and AI applications: understanding of model inputs/outputs, data quality considerations and how they impact AI solution performance; experience in AI or data-driven product implementation is a plus.
• Strong documentation and structured thinking skills; proficient in preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, use cases and other standard BA deliverables.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross team collaboration skills; capable of balancing different interests and driving consensus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; able to read technical/AI documentation and communicate effectively in an international environment.
