工作职责 负责AI模型训练与评测数据标注（语音、文本、多轮对话等） 参与AI相关场景的数据标注与质量校验 按规范完成每日数据标注任务 协助优化标注规则与标注流程，提高数据质量 与开发团队沟通，理解标注标准与业务逻辑 参与模型效果评测与数据反馈 任职要求 具有数据标注经验，有增长/客服类业务经验优先 掌握本地语言和（英语or中文）两种语言（比如是必须：泰语+英语/中文） 细心、耐心，具备较强执行力 能理解基本业务逻辑，有一定数据敏感度 能接受重复性工作，有稳定性 加分项 有语音标注、对话标注经验 有AI相关项目经验（客服、ASR等）
职位薪资：
200-300/天
