该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、AI训练与推理环境搭建与维护； 2、数据集构建与处理； 3、多应用场景的模型训练与实验管理； 4、支持部署AI模型； 岗位要求： 1、硕士在读，理工科背景，每周实习4天及以上，实习周期3个月以上（能长期实习优先）； 2、熟悉Python，掌握C/C++； 3、了解PyTorch/TensorFlow框架，以及大模型的基本结构与训练流程； 4、有模型训练或微调的实战经验（研究方向，课程作业，个人项目，实习经历均可）； 5、较强的学习能力与排查问题的能力，良好的团队协作能力；
