• 负责工业缺陷检测、安全识别、设备监测等视觉项目开发与实施； Responsible for the development and implementation of visual projects such as industrial defect detection, safety identification, and equipment monitoring;
• 参与相机、镜头、光源选型及现场成像调试； Participate in the selection of cameras, lenses, and light sources, as well as on-site imaging debugging;
• 使用Python、PyTorch开发和优化目标检测、缺陷检测、图像分割、OCR、异常检测等AI算法； Develop and optimize AI algorithms such as object detection, defect detection, image segmentation, OCR, anomaly detection, etc., using Python and PyTorch;
• 负责模型部署与性能优化，并与PLC、SCADA、MES等系统对接； Responsible for model deployment and performance optimization, and interfacing with systems such as PLC, SCADA, and MES;
• 参与数据采集、标注、训练、上线及持续优化； Participate in data collection, annotation, training, deployment, and ongoing optimization;

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子、光学等相关专业； Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science, artificial intelligence, automation, electronics, optics, or related fields;
• 2-5年机器视觉或AI视觉项目经验； 2-5 years of experience in machine vision or AI vision projects;
• 熟练掌握Python及PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架； Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow;
• 熟悉目标检测、缺陷检测、图像分割、OCR或异常检测中的一种或多种； Familiar with one or more of target detection, defect detection, image segmentation, OCR, or anomaly detection;
