- 研發與產品設計參與：主導或參與 AI 系統、軟硬體整合架構或應用層的設計與開發，將商業需求轉化為具體的技術實作路徑。
- 技術專案管理與推進：主導跨功能團隊（演算法、硬體、系統整合、產品）的專案規劃，控管研發範疇（Scope）、時程與交付質量。
- 風險控管與工程治理：評估技術可行性，提早識別研發過程中的潛在風險，並制定應變方案。
- AI 研發技術課長
- 前沿技術研發與指導：帶領團隊進行 AI 模型研發，深入探討並實作包含電腦視覺（Vision）、視覺語言模型（VLM）、視覺-語言-動作模型（VLA）等前沿技術。
- 研發團隊管理：指導並培育工程師，提升團隊程式碼品質、研發效率，建立良好的技術分享文化。
- 技術落地與應用擴展：除了深化 Robotic AI 的應用（如具身智能、模擬環境與實體部署），亦需評估如何將現有 AI 技術遷移、擴展至其他具潛力的應用場景。
