该职位来源于猎聘 职位描述 1.制定研发战略与管线布局（靶点选择、适应症优先级） 2.促进AI模型与湿实验的迭代闭环设计，配合AI团队优化药物筛选流程提供持续反馈 3.把控分子设计，筛选方法的科学性与创新性 4.建立与学术界的合作关系（KOL网络、学术顾问委员会） 5.参与学术会议与科学交流 6.审核关键实验方案与数据分析把控 职位要求： 1、计算生物学/结构生物学/药物化学PhD 2、10年+药物研发经验，有管线推进至临床的成功案例 3、深厚的AI/ML方法论基础，能指导模型开发方向 4、在大分子/抗体/多肽/ADC领域有深入理解 5、有跨国药企或头部Biotech研发领导经验优先 6、H-index≥25，顶刊/顶会发表记录
