该职位来源于猎聘 1.AI数据中心液冷相关技术研究 2.负责液单相、两相液冷系统设计，以及相应流道结构设计，优化流体流动路径，提高散热效率。 3.模拟流道性能，分析压降、流速分布、温度场等。
- 热仿真分析 建立热-流耦合模型，评估散热系统性能，分析热稳定性。 5.实验验证，技术文档编写。 1. 硕士及以上学历，工程热物理、流体力学、机械工程、能源与动力工程等专业专业相关背景 2.熟悉流体力学、传热学、热力学基础理论 3.熟悉Fluent、ANSYS Icepak、COMSOL等CFD计算流体力学软件，熟悉流道结构，流道优化 4.熟悉材料特性和制造工艺（如钎焊、3D打印、CNC加工）
