该职位来源于猎聘 1. AI数据中心液冷系统设计，客户技术沟通，客户需求分析 2.CDU/CMC系统架构定义、拓扑设计、核心部件选型与系统匹配，通讯系统需求定义，系统规格书及技术方案 3.负责制定功能验证方案，工况，性能 等定义 4.跨团队协作，确保设计方案严格契合客户标准，并跟进研发与验证进度 5. 跟踪国内外液冷标准（如ODCC、OCP等）及前沿技术趋势，优化CDU设计 1. 硕士及以上学历，工程热物理、流体力学、机械工程、能源与动力工程等专业专业相关背景 2.扎实的传热学、流体力学及热力学理论基础，熟悉CDU及CDU系统仿真，熟悉Creo、AutoCAD等设计软件 3.良好的沟通能力，有项目管理经验
