- 品质管控,提高良率,降低人为Loss
- 料帐一致管理以能推动MFCC改善/ C23 阶段自动化推进
- 承接上级KPI，完成日常管理工作，并规画部门人员训练发展与考核
- 生产制程全参数隐患排查、产品品质符合生产管制与产品规格,降低IPQC/FQC/CCI件数,预防异常再发.
