• Support engineering project development activities and participate in product or system design analysis.
• Perform finite element analysis (FEA) and simulation studies for systems, components, or subsystems to evaluate performance, reliability, and durability.
• Conduct 1D and 3D simulation modeling and analysis to support product design optimization and validation.
• Analyze simulation results, identify technical issues, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical problem solving and project execution.
• Utilize advanced simulation tools and engineering methodologies to improve product development efficiency and quality. 岗位职责

• 负责一维（1D）和三维（3D）仿真建模与分析，为产品设计优化和验证提供技术支持。
• 分析仿真结果，识别技术问题，并提出设计改进建议。
• 与跨职能团队紧密合作，支持技术问题解决及项目推进。
• 运用先进仿真工具和工程分析方法，持续提升产品开发效率和质量。 Qualifications
• Master's degree or above, majoring in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Solid foundation in mechanics, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and engineering analysis.
• CET-6 or above, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA), computer-aided engineering (CAE), and simulation methodologies.
• Experience in academic, research, internship, or project work related to FEA, CAE, simulation, or engineering analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with engineering tools and technologies such as Python, optimization algorithms, artificial intelligence (AI), or data analysis is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and engineering development. 任职资格

• 英语六级（CET-6）及以上水平，具备优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力。

• 具有有限元分析、CAE仿真、工程分析等相关科研项目、课题研究、实习或项目经验者优先。
• 熟悉Python、优化算法（Optimization）、人工智能（AI）或数据分析等工具和技术者优先。
• 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、问题解决能力和团队协作能力。
