资产配置 / 宏观策略分析师 Asset Allocation / Macro Strategy Analyst

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

• 搜集宏观经济信息和数据，持续跟踪国内外宏观经济、财政政策、货币政策及产业政策变化，并对重大经济、政治事件进行及时分析和评估；

 Collect macroeconomic information and data, continuously monitor changes in domestic and international macroeconomics, fiscal policies, monetary policies, and industrial policies, and provide timely analysis and assessment of significant economic and political events;

• 监测境内外研究机构对宏观经济的解读与预测，独立开展宏观经济研究及趋势分析；

 Monitor macroeconomic interpretations and forecasts from domestic and international research institutions, independently conduct macroeconomic research and trend analysis;

• 分析宏观经济运行情况，研判经济周期、政策走向及市场影响，形成前瞻性研究观点；

Analyze macroeconomic conditions, assess economic cycles, policy directions, and market impacts, and develop forward-looking research insights;

• 负责股票市场及大类资产配置策略研究工作；

Conduct research on equity markets and multi-asset allocation strategies;

• 系统性筛选投资机会，研究市场趋势、风格轮动及阶段性特征，对市场热点、市场现状及未来趋势进行深入分析；

Systematically identify investment opportunities, study market trends, style rotations, and cyclical characteristics, and provide in-depth analysis of market hotspots, current conditions, and future trends;

• 基于宏观经济及市场研究成果，提出资产配置建议及投资策略建议；

Develop asset allocation recommendations and investment strategy proposals based on macroeconomic and market research findings;

• 参与对外研究交流与合作，维护与外部研究机构、券商及行业专家的沟通联系；

 Participate in external research exchanges and collaborations, and maintain communication with research institutions, securities firms, and industry experts;

• 完成领导交办的其他工作。

Perform other duties and assignments as delegated by management.

任职要求 / Requirements

• 经济学、金融学、金融工程、数量金融、统计学或相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士学历优先；

 Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Statistics, or related disciplines; a Master's degree is preferred;

• 具有3年以上宏观经济分析、资产配置研究或投资策略研究相关工作经验；

At least 3 years of relevant experience in macroeconomic analysis, asset allocation research, or investment strategy research;

• 持有 CFA、FRM 或相关专业资格证书者优先。

CFA, FRM, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred.

• 具有资产管理公司、基金公司、保险资管、券商资管或其他机构投资者相关工作经验者优先；

Prior experience with asset management firms, fund management companies, insurance asset managers, securities asset management firms, or other institutional investors is preferred;

• 扎实的宏观经济理论基础，对全球经济、货币政策、财政政策及资本市场具有深刻理解；

Strong foundation in macroeconomic theory with a deep understanding of the global economy, monetary policy, fiscal policy, and capital markets;

• 具备较强的数据分析能力和研究能力，能够独立撰写高质量研究报告；

Strong analytical and research capabilities, with the ability to independently produce high-quality research reports;

• 熟悉股票市场及大类资产配置框架，对权益、固定收益、商品及外汇市场具有较好的认知；

 Familiarity with equity markets and asset allocation frameworks, with solid knowledge of equity, fixed income, commodities, and foreign exchange markets;

• 流利英语及普通话母语优先；

Fluent English proficiency and native Mandarin capability preferred;
