• Work closely with suppliers and customers and US team to build the development plan for BER test system
• Work with PM and supplier to make sure the development progress can meet the project schedule
• Develop BER test solutions for new projects
• Develop new BERT suppliers
• Research and involve new test solutions for new projects
• Lead team to deploy BERT tester for new projects.
• Lead team to prepare test materials, such as test boards, test cables and test fixtures.
• Lead team to validation of the test solutions, ensure consistency of test results.
• Lead team to analyze test results and improve test performance.
• Manage BERT engineer team to support the projects in VN and Nantong Required
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related. 2. 10 years or above experience in SI/RF/chipset/engineering field.
• Familiar with transmission line theory.
• Familiar with high-speed test equipment (VNA, BERT).
• Familiar with NPI and new product development process.
• Good skills in organizational and communication.
• Fluent in English
• PMP certificated better
