该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1. 负责一个或几个B5G标准化的单点核心技术方向，面向3GPP R17 RAN1/2/4立项进行技术预研和专利挖掘； 2. 参与一个或几个6G预研方向的研究工作，进行技术预研及专利布局； 3. 以创新思维提出有效解决方案，通过仿真等手段完成方案自评估 4. 以技术报告、专利申请、标准化提案等形式输出研究成果 5. 协助产品团队进行标准解读 6. 参与行业伙伴、行业组织技术交流 任职要求: 1. 有3年（含3年）以上的5G预研工作经验 2. 熟悉5G NR、LTE-A标准，对标准中关键技术有深刻的理解 3. 无线通信或信号处理等相关专业硕士或博士学位 4. 能熟练使用英文进行书面表达能力，有良好的表达和沟通能力 5. 良好的团队协作精神和学习能力
