What they need
- 全面负责欧美/中东市场的商务拓展，包括代理、KOL、项目合作、社区流量等合作模型落地。
- 搭建并管理 BD 团队，制定目标机制、考核激励并完成结果交付。
- 设计并推动适合区域用户习惯的增长型活动，如返佣任务、战队赛、空投联动等。
- 对接市场、产品等部门，协调资源，推动项目快速上线执行。
- 独立负责区域数据管理与优化，确保投入产出正向增长。
- 参与全球/区域行业会议或招商活动，代表平台拓展资源与品牌影响力。
- 在交易所或 Web3 平台有至少三年以上 BD 或渠道拓展管理经验，能带团队并做出过真实业绩。
- 个人经历包括新所与大所的工作经验，对本地文化非常清晰。
- 有强烈的金钱欲望，具备人脉资源和自信。
- 能在两个月内完成 15 亿的体量目标。
- 熟悉欧美/中东本地社区生态、返佣结构、KOL 体系和代理打法。
- 具备直接带资源、项目方、社群或合作渠道的能力，优先考虑能快速转化者。
- 能说结果、懂节奏、善执行，具备极强的数据意识和危机应变能力。
- 中文为母语，英文精通，具备国际视野及国际团队带领经验。
