该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1.根据公司战略规划，制定可行的市场推广策略，并有计划地进行整体的品牌商业化建设 2.根据企业产品、目标市场动态、行业变化以及竞争对手情况，为业务发展提供营销方案 3.寻求并开拓商业化合作的路径、负责商业谈判以及商务关系维护等 4.进行品牌代言类、广告合作类、IP授权、数字藏品联动等各项商务沟通以及前期策划 5.结合市场动态，提出新产品需求并负责新产品的市场开拓 6.负责拓展国内外品牌资源/IP资源/社交媒体平台资源，维护与外部资源的良好合作关系 岗位要求： 1.市场营销、广告营销类大学大专及以上学历 2.至少3年商务相关工作经验，具有品牌人脉和资源 3.熟悉元宇宙、动漫、游戏、泛娱乐文化，对产品和市场有良好的判断能力 4.优秀的沟通能力、商务谈判技巧、团队协作及项目统筹规划能力 5.熟练使用PPT, Word, Excel等办公软件
