What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 支持美国Local BD的业务开拓，提高成单率
- 跟进项目在公司内部的执行，维护良好的客户关系，跟进项目后续机会。
- 开展市场调研，积极寻找潜在目标客户
- 负责公司业务的推广、项目洽谈，会议参展等工作
- 及时了解行业动态，搜集有价值的市场和客户信息
- 积极接触目标客户，促成项目合作，完成客户开发目标
- 协调并完成业务回款；
- 建立客户档案，及时跟踪已有项目的进展，匹配客户服务要求，及时提供最新信息。
任职要求：
- 具有化学、生物相关专业硕士及以上学历，对国内外医药企业、医药研发、市场现状、政策法规及发展趋势有一定了解；
- 1年以上研发，生产，项目管理, BD等相关工作经验，具有CDMO行业BD经验者优先考虑
- 具有较强的独立工作能力，可以适应50%海外短期出差
- 具有良好的沟通能力及商务谈判技巧
- 英语可以作为工作语言
