该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1、 了解BIM机电深化设计；配合机电总包单位完成施工BIM模型，辅助判断施工前可预判机电安装难点，同时辅助工程单位完成施工前技术交底； 2、了解机电施工工序工法；机电安装前可以给出建议性的机电安装顺序，预判的施工注意事项和施工难点解析输出到机电总包和工程单位； 3、 整理工作周日记或巡场报告； 工作要求： 1、 具有BIM实习经验，有机电BIM经验者优先； 2、 性格外向能够主动沟通协调； 3、 了解公建类项目机电深化设计经历； 4、 具有机电专业文凭（给排水、暖通、电气）者优先考虑 ；
