职位描述：预包装食品质量管理 1、对接采购运营等部门，串联食安品控全链路，从商品品类的角度，源头到问单全链路的跟进、管理及闭环处理 2、食安&合规&品质问题，主导批量和异常重大Case发生时的处置闭环，协调总部/区域各部门的联动，给出最终调查报告和处理方案 3、商品标准、链路SOP主导和编写，以及商品/供应商规则的制定输出
职位要求
职位要求 1、8年以上相关行业工作经验，其中至少3年以上即时零售、电商平台、传统大型零售业品类标准管理、自有品牌管理、品控中台岗位经验 2、食品科学，食品安全等相关专业优先 3、有大型知名预包装食品工厂工作经历优先 4、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协调能力，能够有效推动跨部门合作 5、熟悉预包装商品全链路管理，预包装食品研发-生产-储运-售卖全链路的品质管理
