工作職責 | Job Responsibilities

1.  負責公司客戶開發、項目儲備，及時掌握市場及産業動態，對有效目標進行篩選跟進；

Responsible for customer development and project pipeline, tracking market and industry trends, screening and following up on valid targets.

2. 負責商務談判，幷設計制定項目技術方案及投資方案；

Responsible for business negotiations, and developing technical and investment proposals for projects.

3. 負責提報項目方案審批等內部管控流程；

Responsible for internal approval and control procedures for project proposals.

4.負責項目建設與管理；

Responsible for project construction and management.

5. 負責營銷活動設計與執行；

Responsible for the design and execution of marketing activities.

6. 負責公司客戶服務。

Responsible for customer service of the company.

任職資格 | Job Requirements

1.  本科及以上學歷，具備充電、光伏、建築節能、合約能源管理等業務市場開發方面工作經驗者優先；

Bachelor’s degree or above. Experience in market development for EV charging, photovoltaic, building energy efficiency, or contract energy management is preferred.

2. 具備粵語、英文商務溝通能力，流利者優先；

Proficiency in business communication in Cantonese and English; fluency is a strong advantage.

3. 具備良好的身體條件和心理素質；

Good physical condition and resilience.

4. 學習能力强，可熟練運用各類辦公室軟件，具備良好的語言、文字表達能力；具有較强的團隊意識及良好的溝通能力，具有一定的抗壓性；

Strong learning ability, proficient in office software; good communication and presentation skills; team-oriented with good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

5. 持有由機電工程署（EMSD）頒發的香港注册電業工程人員證書者優先；

Holder of the Hong Kong Registered Electrical Worker Certificate issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) is preferred.
