量化并定时购买使得销售可能***化、清仓减价最小化和存货周转率***化；Quantizing and purchasing on time to make sales maximization, clearance sales minimization and stock turnover maximization. 根据收集的货品销售数据进行各项货品分析，定期总结并制作当季货品分析报告；Analyze sales reports, conclude regularly and make seasonal product analysis report.

分析货品畅销及滞销的原因，分析新品的面料特点、搭配方式及卖点 等；Analyze the reasons for best and worst sellers, analyze fabric characteristic for new products, mix & match and selling points.

对销售人员进行货品方面的培训工作；Training shop staffs for product knowledge.
