What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.动力仿真：负责电机、电控、传动系统的结构强度、模态、疲劳及振动噪声（NVH）仿真分析。 2.多场耦合：开展电机电磁-结构-热多物理场耦合仿真，支撑电机平台开发与优化。 3.对标闭环：基于台架与路试数据标定修正仿真模型，建立“仿真—测试—优化”闭环体系。 4.标准沉淀：制定动力系统CAE仿真规范与评价准则。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，机械、车辆、力学等相关专业 2、熟练使用仿真软件，熟悉电机、减速器结构及电磁基础，具备多物理场耦合仿真能力 3、3年以上电机/动力系统CAE仿真经验，两轮车、电摩行业优先
