What they need
工作职责 1、 负责规划曝光算法，包括支持HDR sensor，提升图像的动态范围和闪光灯算法，推动算法效果进一步提升。 2、 负责平台机各类相位检测对焦算法开发与交付，2PD，2x1pd, 4x1PD，全像素等。 3、 负责规划自动白平衡算法设计和面向智能手机上相机色彩效果处理的模块设计，推动色彩相关算法演进；
任职要求 1、 5年及以上工作经验，精通C 、Python、MATLAB； 2、 熟悉ISP Pipeline，AE/AF/AWB算法原理，熟悉CMOS Sensor原理，HDR Sensor；熟悉Flash AE算法/PDAF/3A算法，有dxo测试开发或调优经验者优先； 3、 熟悉数字图像处理，数字信号处理；
