该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、CMP制程开发及优化改善 2、工序关键项的CPK控制 3、新设备，新物料导入及考核 4、制定负责区域的工艺流程文件，并实时更新 5、及时处理工作中的各种工艺异常并撰写报告 6、协助公司的各项审核 7、完成上级领导安排的其他任务
任职要求： 1、硕士及以上学历，电子、化学类相关专业 2、1年以上半导体相关从业经验，优先应届生亦可 3、耐心细致，待人以诚，沟通能力强，服从管理
