报价方案工程师

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位描述： Handle customer inquiries on Modernization project (such as functional upgrade, size parts) and higher level of Service products (such as Service Agreement) , draft URS and prepare quotation, to assist Service Sales in achieving the sales target. Main responsibilities includes: 处理客户对改造项目（如功能升级、尺寸部件）和更高级服务产品（如服务协议）的咨询，起草 URS 和准备报价，协助服务销售实现销售目标。主要工作职责包括：

• Quotation making for Modernization project (such as functional upgrade, size parts)

为改造项目（如功能升级、尺寸部件）报价及方案产出

• Quotation making for higher level of Service products (such as Service Agreement) 为更高级别的服务产品（如服务协议）报价及方案产出
• Draft URS, risk assessment (QG) 起草 URS、风险评估（QG）
• Complex contract management

复杂合同管理（Mods、Service agreement、Frame contract etc.）

• Customer visit is required to assist Service Sales in negotiation with customer and solution presenting. 需要拜访客户，协助服务销售与客户进行谈判并介绍解决方案
• Upon order confirmation, raise request in SAP, generate and release OPS, and ensure smooth handover to the Project Manager 订单确认后，在SAP系统建单，生成并释放改造OPS，项目顺利移交至项目经理
• All the commercial function such as contract negotiation, payment collect, issue invoice and open receivable chasing 所有商业职能，如合同谈判、收款、开具发票和追收应收账款
• Warranty case handling on MOD 处理 MOD 的保修案例
• Fulfill all other MOD relevant tasks to support the business development 完成业务发展所需的其他改造相关任务 任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree and above, majoring in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred. 本科及以上学历，机械或电气工程相关专业优先
• At lease 2-3 years’ relevant working experience, experience as sales support or field service engineer in packaging industry or custom automation industry is highly preferred 至少2-3年相关工作经验，有包装设备或非标自动化行业销售支持或者售后服务经验优先
• Strong sense of responsibility, and can work under high pressure

• Customer orientated, good sales skill (such as negotiation) with flexibility，project Management experience is preferred. 客户导向，有较好的销售技巧（如谈判技巧），具备灵活性，有项目管理经验者优先
• Good at Microsoft office tool such as word, excel, outlook, familiar with SAP is preferred 熟悉MS软件（如word、excel、outlook等），熟悉SAP者优先
• Good oral and written English 良好的英文书面和口语沟通能力
