该职位来源于猎聘 ***日常工作讲俄语，不会俄语的请勿投递简历！！！ 职位描述及要求 职责范围：负责上海公司在中国启动和运营的各个阶段的供应链和运营管理。出口导向的供应公司。 关键任务： 1. 通过采购团队向选定的供应商下达出口订单。，连同经验证的技术要求; 2. 与供应商跟踪生产提前期，与相关方协调货物准备日期; 3. 安排出口订单的QC检验，并将检验结果提交技术专家团队进行装运前审批; 4. 按产品族标准化物流规范。(交货规则、储存条件、集装箱装载)。 5. 安排从供应商到整合仓库的交货，以便进一步装入集装箱; 6. 管理中国统一仓库的库存。计算联合订单的集装箱装货方案; 7. 监督和监督出口包装。优化出口装载达到成本节约和避免损坏。 8. 及时与金融、物流公司及海外客户核对和跟进出口订单文件; 9. 与采购团队和总经理在每周运营会议上更新交货状态; 10. 每周向集团工厂更新订单跟踪清单。 11. 管理和优化从中国到俄罗斯的海外物流路线:海运、火车、卡车、散货船; 12.控制每笔订单的运营费用，包括:运费、检验、仓储、经纪费用; 13. 检查所有进账发票，确保增值税退税。与供应商和财务的付款对账; 14. 在系统中创建新的代码和供应商。维护供应商名单、产品清单和供应商合同; 15. 及时上传订单文件、合同、采购订单和发货记录到系统。归档文件。 16. 与经纪人协调:准备出口单据，选择合适的HS编码，报关; 17. 管理与物流公司和经纪人的合同。降低仓储和运营成本; 18. 支持总经理建立和进一步优化所有的供应链和进出口程序; 19. 早期发现问题，及时和优先解决不同部门的问题; 20. 负责并协助总经理委派的其他经营和供应活动。 任职要求: 1.物流、国际贸易、供应链、运营策划专业本科或硕士学历; 2.个性:注重细节，勤奋努力。、思维积极、稳重成熟的人; 3.至少5年以上中国供应经理、出口运营/物流工作经验; 4.深刻理解所有供应链流程。有能力在未来建立和管理新部门; 5.了解中国合同法。,《国际贸易术语解释通则2020》管辖。中国进出口海关法规。DG商品; 6.能够在早期发现和预防问题。提出解决方案，持续改进运营; 7.高度发展的组织能力。与采购团队和海外客户沟通合作; 8.很强的分析能力和优秀的计划能力。 语言：中文：流利；俄语：流利；英语：可以进行工作沟通; 专业和软技能：积极主动，责任感强，吃苦耐劳，为人真诚友善 个性:诚实,勤奋。、思维积极、稳重成熟的人。 Area of responsibility: Supply chain and operations management at all stages of Shanghai Avaxa Trading Co. (SAT) start-up and operations in China. Export oriented supply company. Key tasks: Place export orders to selected suppliers by sourcing team., with validated technical requirements; Follow up production lead time with suppliers, coordinate goods readiness date with relevant parties; Arrange QC inspection for export orders, forward results to technical specialist team for pre-shipment approval; Standardize logistic specifications by product families. (delivery rules, storage condition, container loading). Arrange deliveries from supplier to consolidation warehouse for further loading in container; Manage stocks in consolidated warehouses in China. Calculate loading scheme in container for combined orders; Monitor and supervise export packing. Optimize export loading to reach cost savings and avoid damages. Timely check and follow documents on export order with finance, logistic companies and overseas customers; Update deliveries status on weekly operations meetings with sourcing team and General Manager; Weekly update order tracking list to NLMK group factories. Manage and optimize overseas logistics routes from China to Russia by: sea, train, trucks and bulk vessels; Control operational expenses for each order, including: freight cost, inspections, warehousing, brokerage cost; Check all incoming invoices to ensure VAT refund. Payments reconciliation with suppliers and finance; Create new codes and suppliers in system. Maintain supplier list, product list and vendor contracts; Upload order documents, contracts, purchase order and delivery notes in system timely. Archive paperwork’s. Coordination with brokers: export documents preparations, selecting proper HS code, custom declarations; Manage contracts with logistic companies & brokers. Reduce warehousing & operations cost; Support General Manage in building and further optimizations all supply chain and export/import procedures; Identify at early stage and solve problems with different departments in time & priorities; Undertake and assist on other operations and supply activities as delegated by the General manager. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, Operations planning; Personality: Attention to details, hardworking., positive thinking, stable and mature person; Minimal 5 years + experience in positions in Supply Chian manager, Export operations/Logistics; Deep understanding of all supply chain procedures. Ability to build and manage new department in future; Knowing China Contract Law., Incoterms 2020., China custom regulations on export/import. DG goods; Ability to identify and prevent problems at early stage. Propose solutions and continuously improve operations; Highly developed organizational skills.
