- 负责人才管理项目交付支持，协助完成3个以上客户项目的实施工作
- 参与人才盘点、人才梯队搭建的需求调研。
- 维护客户关系，确保90%以上客户满意度评分
- 整理项目文档，完成每周2次的项目进度报告
任职要求：
1.2026届应届毕业生，能保证连续5个月实习期
，如果实习表现优秀有机会在明年3月申请转为校招生。 2.人力资源管理/心理学相关专业优先
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，PPT制作能力突出
- 具备良好的沟通能力，至少1次校园活动组织经验
