- 负责Laser team日常工作管理 2. 负责Laser team设备的正常运行、异常处理 3. 负责Laser team设备的程序制作及工艺CPP标准满足能力需求 4. 负责生产线设备周，月度保养 5. 协助主管及外部门完成新产品制样，新产品导入 6. 降低设备漏失率 7. 协助主管完成标准作业指导书的编制 8. EE技术人员的培训定制KPI考核 9. 根据实际状况对备品、耗材提出申购建议 经验要求： 1. SMT电子厂工程师经验10年以上 2. 有SMT 镭射切割设备工程师经验8年以上 3. 熟练使用办公软件word、Excel 4. 报告撰写 个性： 1. 开朗、思维敏捷、有上进心 2. 有较强的责任意识及团队意识
技能： 1. 较强的动手能力及问题分析能力 2. 有管理团队经验3年以上经验
其他： 熟悉Watch/IPAD工艺流程及以下品牌设备： 华工紫外切割：LBA15U 华工紫外单头打标机：LBA15U 德龙紫外切割：DPS21A Sonic激光雕刻机：S450S等镭射维护经验优先
