该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责 1.负责汽车热管理功能（乘员舱空调／电池电驱热管理等）软件相关HIL台架测试工作 2.负责测试方案制定及评审，测试用例编写、调试和执行，输出相关测试报告 3.负责测试问题的提交、跟踪、和回归验证 4.负责台架测试环境搭建和调试 5.参与系统需求的评审工作，支持开发过程中复杂问题的初步定位 任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，汽车热管理软件测试专业3年以上工作经验 2.熟悉整车热管理系统、空调系统、热泵系统、电池热管理和电驱热管理系统工作原理及要求 3.熟悉整车热管理系统的HIL测试方法及流程 4.熟悉整车软件开发流程 5.熟练运用CANoe/CANape、INCA、VSPY3等工具 6.有自动空调和热管理标定，自动化测试相关经验优先
