- 生产制造、技术研发轮岗与培养，系统掌握产品工艺、流程及技术参数 2. 化工产品业务的销售协作与客户管理，负责市场业务开拓与维护，达成区域销售目标
- 维护战略客户关系，定期开展技术交流与商务洽谈
- 开展市场竞品分析，编制月度销售数据报告及市场趋势分析
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，化学/材料/化工等相关专业优先
- 具备优秀的沟通、谈判能力及抗压能力，英语优秀者可考虑 3.适应出差和阶段培养切换，每次不低于30天
- 应届毕业生或1年以下工作经验，有化工行业实习经历者优先考虑
