What they need
工作职责:
1、负责公司自动化解决方案业务的销售工作。
2、根据公司总体销售目标，分解量化各项业务目标，跟踪反馈确保落实到位。
3、负责搭建和管理区域销售团队，并对团队业务能力提升，人员发展负责。
4、负责协同渠道部门，共同开发打造合作伙伴网络，与伙伴在业务中紧密配合，有效推进项目落实。
任职条件:
1、大学本科及以上学历
2、具有丰富的OEM（离散自动化）行业客户资源
5年以上工作经验
3、熟悉工控、自动化方案级别业务销售模式
