该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： -Manage tooling team for new project tooling development and tooling maintenance for serial production. 管理模具团队，负责新项目模具开发和批量生产模具维护。 -Define tooling specification both for internal and external and manage all the toolings belong to VALEO. 定义内部和外部模具规格并管理所有法雷奥所有权的模具。 -Leading innovation of tooling for competiveness. 引领模具创新，强化竞争力 -Tooling cost control and continuously improving in order to meet OEM's CE target. 控制模具成本并持续改进从而达到客户的成本核算目标 -Set up LLC database and optimize DFM continuously. 建立模具经验积累数据库，并不断优化新模具开发的DFM -Lead and motivate the team for KAIZHEN. 激励并带领整个模具团队持续改进 -Manage tool makers to ensure very challenged leadtime of new tooling and good quality and service. 管理模具供应商，确保极具挑战的新模交期，以及良好的质量和服务 任职要求： -Engineer degree or advanced technician in plastic engineering or mechanical engineer degree. 学历要求：塑料工程专业工程师学位、高级技工证书，或机械工程专业工程师学位 -5 years in Mold design engineering in technical automotive parts or 10 years in injection molding in technical automotive parts 具备 5 年汽车精密零部件模具设计工程相关从业经验； 或具备 10 年汽车精密零部件注塑成型相关从业经验。
