该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责销售团队招聘全流程执行，日均完成20+候选人电话面试与评估 2.开拓并维护销售人才资源渠道，每周新增3个以上面试 3.协助销售团队进行商机开发，每月至少促成5个有效销售线索转化 4.维护招聘系统数据，确保销售候选人信息准确率达95%以上 任职要求： 1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理等相关专业优先 2.具备优秀的沟通谈判能力，普通话水平达到二级乙等及以上 3.熟练使用CRM系统及Office办公软件，数据录入速度达40条/分钟 4.每周保证4天以上出勤，实习期不少于3个月
