1、熟练掌握一门以上编程语言（ Python／Java等），能熟练实现算法逻辑 2、熟悉常用自然语言处理和机器学习算法，有大模型微调项目经验优先； 3、沟通交流能力强，有技术热情，对使用自然语言处理技术开发解决用户实际需求的产品有强烈的兴趣；
