What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：
- 负责整理合作客户盘点数据，维度包含当月续约金额、提前续约金额、拉升金额及猎头合作金额
- 负责执行当月及当季度业绩盘点，包括在途客户明细追踪与变化分析
- 负责在月度及季度结束时，统计并汇总业绩来源，确保数据准确率不低于99%
- 协助销售团队进行数据支持，每周至少完成3份核心数据报表的整理与分发
任职要求：
- 统招本科及以上学历在校生，专业不限，每周可保证至少3天出勤
- 具备优秀的数据处理能力，能熟练使用Excel进行数据透视及公式计算
- 注重细节，有高度的责任心，能确保在截止日期前100%完成数据任务
- 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，有学生干部或社团经历者优先
