What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责CPO光引擎及1.6T/800G高速光模块的硬件原理图设计，指导Layout工程师完成PCB设计并进行评审。 2. 主导新产品导入（NPI）流程，评审产品可制造性（DFM），运用FMEA、SPC等工具持续优化量产直通率。 3. 协同光学与结构团队，解决CPO产品在高密度封装下的光电耦合与散热异常问题。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，光电、电子信息类专业，5年左右或以上光模块或CPO相关硬件开发经验。 2. 熟悉高速电路设计，掌握Cadence/Altium等EDA工具，具备扎实的信号完整性分析能力。 3. 熟悉光模块生产工艺，能够独立负责一类产品的新品导入与工艺改善，具备极强的动手能力。
