- 負責長者社區照顧服務券計劃，工作內容包括：為個案提供輔導服務、制訂個人照顧計劃及每月服務協議
- 籌辦日間中心活動及小組
- 行政工作、統計報告等
學歷要求及待遇：
必須為註冊社工，社會工作員需持有社工文憑或以上學歷，全職月薪 $24,880 起；每星期工作 44 小時；需懂中英文打字及電腦文書工作；或須於星期日及公眾假期上班。
