该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.负责矿卡、重卡电池售后技术支持，解决客户技术问题，确保客户满意度达到95%以上 2.分析电池故障原因，编写技术报告 3.指导客户进行电池维护保养，降低返修率，目标将返修率控制在5%以内 4.收集市场反馈，为产品改进提供数据支持，每季度提交一份质量分析报告 任职要求： 1.具备3年以上新能源电池或重型机械行业技术支持经验，熟悉矿卡、重卡应用场景 2.掌握电池管理系统、故障诊断和售后流程，能独立处理复杂技术问题 3.具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识，能适应短期出差，出差频率约每月1-2次 4.理工科相关专业本科及以上学历，有电池维修或相关认证者优先
