職責範圍：
- 統籌及拓展殘疾人士地區支援中心的照顧者支援服務，協調危機介入，並專責建立及管理支援照顧者數據平台
- 籌辦特色社區教育活動，緊密連結區內各持份者，包括醫院及機構，為高危照顧者家庭提供所需之緊急支援
- 培訓及督導朋輩支援工作員的工作
- 推展暫宿暫託服務及體驗活動
- 推展創新服務模式及相關研究
申請資格：
- 持認可社會工作學士或以上，必須為註冊社會工作者
- 中學會考中文及英文 (課程乙) 達第二等級 / E級或以上 (或同等等級)
- 必須具3年或以上智障 / 殘疾人士服務工作經驗
- 具熱誠、創新思維並獨立工作能力
- 熟悉中文微軟文書處理、電腦應用及中文打字
- 每週工作44小時，工作時間按服務及支援需要而定
- 在特殊情況下，可能需要超時工作或於假日及公眾假期工作
- 工作地點：a. 北區，b. 觀塘
