主要職責
- 協助中途宿舍經理管理箕月居的行政及人事管理工作
- 負責所有箕月居服務使用者的個案管理
- 推行復元模式，優勢為本概念及Foyer Model作為主要臨床工作指引
- 為箕月居員工提供行政及臨床督導，以提升團隊能力及確保服務質素
- 有效管理及分配資源，促進箕月居與賽馬會箕寓之間的營運協作與資源共享
職位要求
- 必須為社會工作者註冊局註冊社工
- 擁有精神健康臨床技能
- 良好的中英文書寫能力
- 具獨立工作、組織及領導能力
- 擁有人事管理及服務督導者優先
- 獲聘用者須進行「性罪行定罪紀錄查核」
