- 須具社會工作學位或以上之註冊社工、五年或以上之社工工作經驗，具安老、復康、護老者服務經驗；具相關 (老年學 / 管理) 碩士學位、管理超過50位員工大型團隊經驗可獲優先考慮
- 主要負責統籌及協調兩個分址團隊管理，包括：體弱長者個案管理、跨專業醫護團隊督導、人事、行政及財務團隊管理；發展以「居家安老、社區為本」的安老服務，落實推動家居樂齡科技應用、人本自立等理念；管理及協調中心整體行政事宜
- 具良好領導才能、人事、行政及財務管理能力；熟悉居家體弱長者個案需要及對跨專業合作經驗
- 工作地區：屯門
