• Plan & host car FSD related marketing activities as customer day, fairs, seminars. Use new media as WeChat, TikTok. Etc to promote KONI brand and FSD values. 策划并举办与FSD相关的营销活动，如客户日活动、展会、研讨会。利用新媒体如微信、抖音等来推广KONI品牌和FSD的价值理念。
• Collect KONI FSD competitors’ info and conclude report for LT review and host the discussions. Collect KONI FSD best practice for customer visit use. 收集 KONI FSD 竞争者的信息，并撰写报告供 LT 审阅并组织讨论。收集 KONI FSD 的实践以供客户参观时使用。
• Joined the ride work with car OE and tier1 for FSD tunning with the damper, to ensure KONI FSD performance and value adding to be recognized. 参与整车厂以及一级供应商FSD调校工作，以确保KONI FSD 的性能，并使其价值得到认可。
• Responsible for FSD technology development, drawing draft, production issue solving, collecting customer voice for FSD further development with the team. 负责产品技术开发、图纸起草、解决生产过程中的问题，并收集客户意见来共同发展FSD。
• Join global FSD new development and prototype test/approval (MKIII as example) with Dutch team. 与荷兰团队一起参加全球 FSD 新项目开发及样件测试/审批工作（以 MKIII 项目为例）。
• Support sales colleagues in technical presentation and Q/A to setup connection/trust with customers. 协助销售团队成员进行技术演示及问答环节，以建立与客户的联系和信任关系。
• Above 3 years ride-work with car OE/Tier1, damper tunning relative background is a plus. 三年以上整车或一级供应商工作经验，阻尼器调教背景优先。
• Ride work and damper tunning relative background is more appreciate Driving license required. 需要驾照，有悬架或减震器调试经验优先。
• Enjoy challenges and ready for business travels. 乐于接受挑战和出差。 Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求：
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering major; 本科以上学历，机械工程相关专业；
• Good team works with outstanding communication skills and proactive attitude; 杰出的沟通能力，积极主动的态度；
• Experience in design and development of Shock absorbers or other mechanical or hydraulic devices. 汽车行业减震器或其他机械/液压装置的设计和开发经验；
• Vehicle or bus/trailer/truck application knowledge is requested like bogies knowledge and damper related standards; 有家用车或商用车应用方面的相关知识及减振器相关标准；
• Familiar with 3-d modeling software for design, SolidWorks is preferred. 熟悉三维建模，懂得SolidWorks 优先考虑。
• Familiar with the tools of design and related skills, such as Solidworks, and tolerance, mechanical drawing, and familiar with the mechanic and electrical knowledge. 熟练使用设计工具SOLIDWORKS ，形位公差，和机械制图； 对油压减振器产品相关设计技术理论运营熟练, 熟悉公司设计流程及设计方法。并了解机械和电气方面的知识。
• Familiar with damper standard. 熟悉汽车行业体系要求的关于减震器的相关研发标准。
• The R&D experience about cemi-active, active damper system and gas hydraulic buffer is preferred. 有半主动，主动减震器及缓冲器开发经验优先。
