该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、根据公司的创新药方向和思路，设计全新候选多肽分子结构，并与团队合作完成候选结构的样品制备和细胞、动物试验验证，筛选获得PCC开发分子； 2、设计分子的活性预测； 3、创新药项目调研； 4、创新药PCC项目的项目管理。
岗位要求： 1、具备生物化学学科背景，对多肽药物（特别是环肽）结构和药物靶点、药效、药理毒理之间关系具有深刻理解； 2、了解自免疾病领域的疾病、靶点、药物和行业背景概况； 3、熟悉创新药成药性研究思路和流程； 4、具备项目管理能力。
