What they need
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1.
负责产品结构方案设计的3D、2D、BOM、SN发行等
产品不同开发阶段的DFMEA、尺寸链分析和GD&T公差校核。
开发过程中失效问题根因分析及有效性验证及跟踪。
产品结构设计研发到量产阶段的结构优化改进、和工艺把控。
新产品模具DFM分析及落地前进程跟踪。
推进轻量化设计及材料替代方案，实施降本增效改进。 任职要求： 1.
本科及以上学历，机械、电气、材料、车辆工程、等相关专业
电动汽车动力域/底盘域、变频器、伺服、机器人电控、新能源逆变器等行业背景优先
工作年限：3~10Y开发经验
熟悉应用三维软件Solidworks 、Creo优先 ，有压铸件、冲压件、塑胶模产品设计经验 5.
有仿真静力、动力、振动经验为佳，可应用Ansys 、Flotherm 6.
具备自驱力，乐于创新，勇于攻坚克难，良好的沟通能力
